Scope and context of the organisation
Derek Harper Foundries are specialist engineers with extensive experience in the provision of non-ferrous castings. The company operates a full non-ferrous foundry capability on site and our capability extends to aluminium, gun metal, phosphor bronze, aluminium bronze and mazak. Dual specification and defence specification materials are also available on request. Our extensive range of products are supplied to a broad customer base including major PLC’s in the automotive, aerospace and specialist engineering industries. Derek Harper Foundries have a dedicated project management system with fully experienced project managers, to ensure that even the most complex contract is maintained and delivered on time. All necessary skills and facilities are available within our factory area ensuring that full control of all aspects of manufacture and pattern maintenance is maintained for effective production at all times.
Scope: Manufacture of non ferrous castings to customer requirements and the maintenance of customer supplied patterns
