Gravity Die Casting

Hundreds of castings produced in a single day

This is a production process that enables us to produce sharply produced metal textured surfaces when producing components. We achieve this by pouring molten metal into metal dies. This is the word we use to describe the finished part when the process is finished in its entirety.

A major upshot to using this technique is the high speed of production. We can produce hundreds of castings in a single day. Another advantage is that we can produce a high definition machinery part that has a superior finish quality, and because of the high levels of productions we can achieve, this reduces the costs to the customer.

Die casting is more cost-effective than the sand casting process, however, customers will need to purchase an optimum number of units in order for this process to be economically cheaper in the long term.
